Moraira, which until the early 1990s was a small fishing village, is situated in one of the most attractive stretches of coastline on the Costa Blanca. Its beaches continue to gain the coveted blue flag award from the EEC for their clean water.

Much of the charm of the past remains and the area continues to be sensitively developed to ensure the character remains unspoilt. No buildings over five floors are permitted and hotel accommodation is very limited.

The coastline and inland area are scenically magnificent and our villa takes full advantage of this. The villa is positioned to take maximum benefit from the sun whilst at the same time providing attractive shaded areas. The setting sun over Moraira's hills stays long in the memory.

For the record, we have been successfully letting our villas in Moraira for over twenty years.
