Moraira Villas is a small, family run company that has owned and rented out villas in Moraira for over 27 years. We believe that quality and reliability are so very important to our guests. We place great importance on ensuring that our villas create a pleasurable and positive impact when our guests arrive. Over the years many thousands of guests have stayed in our villas, which has provided us with invaluable knowledge as to what guests require to make sure their visits are relaxing and enjoyable. A high number of our guests have returned to our villas on many occasions. The villa is a mere 12 minutes walk from Moraira town's shops, beach and restaurants.

MORAIRA

Moraira, which until the early 1990s was a small fishing village, is situated in one of the most attractive stretches of coastline on the Costa Blanca. Alicante airport is an hours drive away and Valencia town and airport is one and a quarter hours away. Nearest train station and motorway is at Benissa, 6 kilometres away.

Moraira’s beaches continue to gain the coveted Blue Flag award from the EU for their clean water and being shelved provide ideal and safe swimming for children of all ages. Also recognised by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places in the world. Moraira offers an extremely temperate climate with an average of 320 days of sunshine a year.

Much of the charm of the past remains and the area has been sensitively developed to ensure the character remains unspoilt. No buildings over five floors are permitted to be built and hotel accommodation in the area is limited.

The coastline and inland areas are scenically magnificent and Villa Rascat takes full advantage of this. The villa has been positioned to take maximum benefit from the sun whilst at the same time providing attractive shaded areas. The view from the balacony of the setting sun over Moraira’s hills stays long in the memory.
