Villa Rascat is ideally located and is within walking distance of supermarkets, shops, a bank and some restaurants. Moraira is a few minutes drive away you can find more supermarkets, shops, banks and many quality restaurants serving different kinds of food. There is also a marina as well as the main beach. There is also a very attractive beach, a few minutes drive away, at El Portet.

If you wish to explore the area there are many towns within a drive from Moraira, including Calpe, Javea, Teulada and Benidorm as well as Valencia and Alicante. All offer shopping, restaurants and entertainment for differing tastes.
